Palmet’s all policies with our employees are based on the understanding of “each PALMET Worker is a Superior Value”.

The Human Resources Unit applies the contemporary Human Resources Program in line with the Palen targets, in cooperation with the other Units, and which takes success as a basis.

All the programs related to the Human Resources Functions such as Planning, Employing, personal Affairs, Performance Management, Price management, Training Management, Career Paths are carried out within the framework of this principle.

In the employment assessments, practices of tests and exams in compliance with the requirement of the position are executed. The required qualifications in the employment vary according to the position that the person will be appointed to.

We are a big family, young with an age average of 30 years old, dynamic, with a belief in the importance of the team spirit, open to cooperation and communication. 

Our team that has adopted the principle of continuous development, working with the equipped and positive energy comprises of 70% Engineers and Specialized technical personnel, and 30% administrative and supporting service personnel.
